Q. How can you meet our schedule?
One of the many benefits of our 24 hour operating schedule is that we can
start coverage at any time you like and also return coverage to you as per
your needs. We are always willing to build a schedule that meets your
individual needs.
Q. How soon are images interpreted?
We provide a preliminary read within 45 minutes. We understand our efficiency and timeliness are integral to our clients' reputation.
Q. Can your radiologists be directly contacted?
Most definitely. Our radiologists are here to serve your needs. Either you or
the ER can speak to our highly trained radiologists any time of day or night.
Q. We are not sure if our technology is compatible. Can you
assist us with implementation?
Most definitely. CA's Information Technology team will analyze your existing
structure and offer the least expensive method for integration. In many
cases, there is little to no significant cost. CA's team works with the hospital
staff to ensure a secure, HIPAA compliant solution.
Q. What are the start-up costs?
CA has designed a technological model that is built on our goal of
integrating with your existing resources. Generally, there is little to no start
up cost.
Q. How long does it take to begin services?
The time varies from one week to several months. Speed of implementation
depends on individual facility's credentialing and privilege issues, and
existing technology. Temporary facility privileges along with coordination
with the IT team can help expedite the process.
Q. Do you have any technical support?
Most definitely. CA has a highly skilled IT team which is experienced in
assuring that you have reliable and worry-free data transfer. Our team is
constantly working to ensure that our technological infrastructure is
operating at the highest possible level. We also have a dedicated customer
service team that can respond to your needs 24 hours a day.

connect you with someone who can. Our customer service agents can
connect you to either the radiologist handling your case or to the technical
